Session Abstract

Join Women In Product Executive Director, Anne Cocquyt, as she details the findings from the first “State Of Women In Product” Advocacy Survey by the non-profit organization. We’ll build upon these findings by having a frank conversation with Ana Grace, VP of Product at Macy’s and Elena Luneva, Product Leader formerly Nuna, LiquidSpace and OpenTable about the challenges and tactics that have worked to help them build diverse teams in established companies, growth stage companies, and startups. Then we’ll open up the conversation to each of you to workshop actions and tools you can immediately put into effect. This event is ideal for people managers and hiring managers in product management, for HR executives, D&I leads and C-Suite executives who genuinely aim to increase the number of women in their product teams.
