He is responsible for the full life cycle of customer-facing operations at Zenoss, including professional services, customer support, account management, training, and subscription renewals. Brian also is responsible for the Product management and technical operations for the company's SaaS products and corporate IT.

Ezinne Udezue is Head of Product for Brands at Bazaarvoice, a SaaS company that powers major brands and retailers shopping experience with CGC (ratings and reviews). She is responsible for driving growth with new product solutions and innovation and building data analytics platforms.

Patrick Tickle is chief product officer, responsible for Planview’s products and cloud operations organizations and delivering market-leading work and resource management solutions. Patrick has over 20 years of experience in product management, product development, and marketing across a wide range of technology solutions.

Eric Boduch has been involved with both startup and publicly traded software companies in senior management positions since 1995. He has been a co-founder of 3 different startups that have raised over $125 million in aggregate and has been an executive at two different public companies. He currently is a founder and the Chief Evangelist of Pendo, a venture backed software company.
